Hi, I’m Max. I lead technical product teams for fintech—where platforms, APIs, and customer experience have to line up.

How I work

I’m comfortable leading when the path isn’t obvious—framing ambiguity into priorities, tradeoffs, and a plan the org can execute. I run cross-functional programs across marketing, sales, operations, legal, and customer service, aligning incentives so delivery isn’t a handoff marathon. I challenge the status quo when “how we’ve always done it” gets in the way of customers, risk posture, or velocity—but I do it with evidence and respect for the constraints.

I’m strongest where product strategy meets technical execution: the narrative has to match what engineering can ship, and what compliance and ops can run. I’ve grown from hands-on technical architecture into owning roadmaps for APIs, portals, and data partnerships that create material impact—conversion, throughput, portfolio performance, and how the company actually operates day to day.

I ship changes, not slides. My bias is toward launches, learning in production, and systems teams trust when the edge cases show up.

Three lenses, one owner

Growing through product, engineering, and Salesforce gives me perspectives—and helps me spot opportunities—that are easy to miss from a single lane.

Technical product leadership

Owned strategy for lending platforms, merchant experiences, and broker channels tied to conversion, processing time, and portfolio performance—partnering across eng, design, data science, risk, and ops.

Platforms & integrations

Partner APIs for real-time loan intake, Plaid-powered bank data for onboarding and renewals, SQL-backed funnel analysis—and comfort debating schema, SLAs, and rollback plans with engineering.

Salesforce & CRM scale

Governed multi-org Salesforce footprints, CI/CD with GitHub and Gearset, security and sharing models—Application Architect certified, with Apex, LWC, and operational discipline.
